A word from our owner, Chris Reinke
This page is dedicated to the brave men and women of our Armed Forces fighting for our freedom thousands of miles away. As a Navy veteran, I have experienced what it is like to be so far away and have no communication from your loved ones back home. At times it can be the hardest thing one can deal with. That is what makes our soldiers so great. It takes a special person to be placed in that environment, compounded by the fact of the unknown, or what lies around the next corner, tempting fate and cheating death day after day, not knowing when they are coming home or if they will even see home again.
One of the hardest things a soldier could ever have to go through is having the feeling that his or her country is not behind them. If their country is not behind them then what the hell are they fighting for. Heros are made because of their drive to help their fellow man. They will risk their own life to save or protect a perfect stranger. All of our soldiers are heros and are over there risking their own lives to preserve our freedom. Funny thing is, if you ask a soldier to give you the definition of a hero, they will give their interpretation of what a hero is and it will never dawn on them that they just described themselves.
